The room was well-equipped. It had a functional kitchenette. I appreciated the proximity to public transportation options. Several restaurants were nearby. There were bus stops just outside the hotel.
The lighting in the room was rather dim. Half of the lights were not working.

Staff members were helpful and kind. They assisted with luggage storage after checkout. This was very convenient. The reception service operated 24 hours, which I found useful. Greenery was well managed in the backyard.

metro accessmarked wallsbathroom ventilation
the location near the metro was acceptable. it meant getting around wasn't too bad.
The room was a proper letdown. the walls had marks all over them. there was no ventilation in the bathroom. It felt stuffy all the time. they wanted extra money for room service, even though i was staying for a week. a quick hoover and emptying bins would have been nice, but nope.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

I found the staff to be quite friendly and accommodating. The location is great, providing easy access to transport links. Both the metro and tram stations were just a short walk away, which I found convenient.
The beds are quite small. As someone who is 5ft 6", I found my toes touching the end of the bed. The noise level was high, and even with soundproofing, it was too close to the road.

some issues impacted the stay
inconvenient bed arrangementnoisy traffic
the bed was two single beds pushed together. this arrangement was not comfortable, as the beds separated during the night. i found this very inconvenient. also, the room lacked air conditioning so i had to sleep with the windows open. it was noisy due to traffic.
